This page is mostly used for internal inquiries, however some IT members are able to aid with some troubleshooting.
For general/public inquiries, please contact us at informationtechnology@foxstudiosscratch.cc
For software issues, please begin by ensuring that your software license is active. If it is not, please send us an email at it@foxstudiosscratch.cc and include your employee badge #, the device #, and the name of the software.
For all other issues, please open a ticket.
Outages are a big problem, especially for us within the IT Department. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY at it@foxstudiosscratch.cc
